OneTrip Logistics Limited operates an online bus ticketing platform that connects passengers with licensed bus operators across Zambia. Our services include booking management, electronic tickets, and travel information.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Booking and Payment
When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a contract with the relevant bus operator. OneTrip acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the operation of the bus services.
All payments are processed securely. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its services
6. Limitation of Liability
OneTrip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
