OneTrip understands that plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or modification for bus tickets booked through our platform. Please note that specific terms may vary by bus operator.

2. Cancellation Windows

Refund eligibility typically depends on when you cancel relative to departure:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: Full or partial refund may be available, subject to operator policy and any processing fees
  • Within 24 hours of departure: Refunds may be limited or unavailable; operators often apply stricter cancellation terms
  • After departure or no-show: No refund is typically available

Individual bus operators may have different cancellation policies. Please check the specific terms displayed at the time of booking.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Log in to your OneTrip account and navigate to your booking
  • Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation options
  • If eligible, a refund request will be submitted automatically

4. Processing Fees

Depending on the operator and timing of cancellation, a processing or administrative fee may be deducted from your refund. This will be clearly communicated before you confirm the cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Operator Cancellations

If a bus operator cancels a trip (e.g., due to operational reasons), you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to rebook on an alternative service. We will notify you as soon as possible and assist with the resolution.
